Market slowing down??

Buyers and Sellers are always asking... How is the Market doing?

My response as September comes to a close is that we are definitely seeing a slowdown in activity. I just did a sample test through the first 28 days of the current month.

So far in NorthEast Oakville for an example... only 13 detached homes had sold in the $500k to $600k range compared to 42 in the same period in 2009.
